Ingredients
- ~40 bunches Bok Choy
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Hoy Sin Sauce (Oyster Sauce)
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cut off the tip of the Bok Choy. (Sometimes there's dirt on the tips)
- Give the Bok Choy a good wash. Put the Bok Choy in a strainer to dry.
- Time to chop up some Garlic! Take a butcher knife, turn it to the side and smash the garlic. This will help with peeling the garlic skin. Peel off the skin and smash it again with the butcher knife. Then chop up the garlic into small pieces.
- Heat up the Wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic and stir-fry.
- Once the garlic is nice and toasty, add the Bok Choy and stir.
- Cover Wok for 1 minute.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Cover the Wok and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Uncover the wok, give it a stir, and add Hoy Sin Sauce.
- Give the entire dish another big stir and it's all done! Put it on a plate and serve!
